Term 2 is off and running!!!
MARCHING BAND
Mr. Muddyman and Mr. Shannon took the Marching Band to Ringwood RSL on the last Sunday of the holidays. Where the Symphonic Band played a great role in the ANZAC ceremony, marching through Ringwood to honour the fallen soldiers. We received some great feedback from the Ringwood RSL staff about the marching band and hopefully we may be considered again for next year’s ceremony.
Thanks so much for all the students and parents who participated and supported the event. To Mr. Muddyman and Mr. Shannon for all their dedication and hard work and also to Ms. Barkla for attending the march and for taking some great photos.
ANZAC DAY ASSEMBLY
Huge congrats to Felicity Siegenthaler and Caleb Wong for playing the last post on Fridays ANZAC Day assembly. One of the most nerve-racking and confronting gigs for any musician is performing the Last Post to a silent and reverent audience. The Principal team and the college community really appreciated your efforts. Well done!!!
