How lucky were we with the fresh crispy air and beautiful sunshine! Our first lunchtime Wednesday activity of the term saw some friendly competition between the 3 Houses in ‘down-ball’ this week. The crowd was not as big as usual because we had a couple of classes on the Geography hike to the Dandenong ranges, Sherbrooke forest but the competition was just as intense. The elimination round was insane…..we had a few referees, yellow and red penalty cards to keep students calm and our very own Mr B as the main referee. Well done to Adam J and Martin O taking out 1st and 2nd place in the final elimination round!

A shout out to Phoebe C (8H4) who made it to the state gymnastics team. The team will be heading off to the Gold Coast next month. The Year 8 cohort and Student Managers wish Phoebe and her team all the best. A reminder to students to sign up for sports team and check the bulletin and emails from the coaches for your training times. Get involve, make new friends and have some fun!
