Art and Design Hubs open

Enjoying the new facilities

Moving in to the new spaces

This week saw great excitement as classes commenced in the newly renovated Visual Arts and Design and Technology Hubs in 'C' and 'B' blocks. The spaces have been designed to allow for flexible movement between different workspaces, with breakout areas for collaboration and planning.  Staff and students are enjoying the light-filled rooms and new possibilities that the spaces open up. The move has involved a lot of hard work in planning, packing and preparation, not to mention countless trips across the school with laden trolleys! A big thank you to the Facilities team, along with the Art, Design and Technology Faculties.

We look forward to the exciting next stage of our building works: the Performing Arts Hub in the 'A' block space. Plans are now finalised for the new building, with works scheduled to begin over the September term holidays.
