CSEF (Camps, Sports, Excursions Fund)
The Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) provides payments for eligible students to attend activities like:
- school camps or trips
- swimming and school-organised sport programs
- outdoor education programs
- excursions and incursions
Families holding a valid means-tested concession card or temporary foster parents are eligible to apply. Your card will need to be valid from the 27th January 2021. Payment amounts for 2021 are $125 per eligible student.
If you have previously applied at Warrnambool PS, then there is no need to re-apply.
If you are new to the school, or your circumstances have changed, please see the office to complete an application form.
Prep pupil free/ assessment Wednesdays
Prep students will continue with their pupil free Wednesdays on 24th February, 3rd March and 10th March. These Wednesday's off also provide time for your child's teacher to conduct assessments on each Prep student. If your child is yet to complete an assessment, or have a time booked for an assessment, please contact your child's teacher.
Prep students will then begin at school full-time, with their first Wednesday at school being Wednesday 17th March.
Uniform shop hours
The school uniform shop will revert back to our normal opening hours from Monday 8th February. The shop will be open Tuesdays 8.30am - 9.30am, and Thursdays 3.00pm - 4.00pm. Alternatively you are welcome to complete a uniform order form and drop off at the office. We will then complete the order and send home with the student.
Canteen
All lunch orders are to be placed online (www.schoollunchonline.com.au) prior to 9.00am. All existing families, please ensure you update your child's class for 2021.
If you are new to the school, please visit the website above to create an account for your child/ren.
During Term 1, the canteen will be open from the start of lunch for counter sales. Children can bring in money to purchase snack items, drinks or icy poles.

Updating Personal Details
All students will be coming home with a 'Student Enrolment Information Form'. Please take the time to check that all details on the form are up to date. Please make any required changes, and return the form to the office. Forms do not need to be returned if there are no changes made.
First Aid
Medical conditions
If your child's medical details have recently changed, please contact Gaye in the sick bay. It is important that the school has up to date information, including any required medications available at school.
Asthma Plan
Please ensure the school has an up to date copy of your child's Asthma Action Plan. If you have any queries, please contact Gaye in the sick bay.
Sunscreen
Sunscreen is provided for all students, with a bottle available for use in each classroom. If your child prefers their own sunscreen, please ensure they bring this each day, and their name is clearly labelled.
Hats
A reminder that hats are required every day during Terms 1 & 4. Students are not permitted to play outside if they don't have a hat. Hats can be purchased through the uniform shop for $16.
Chair Bags
The Prep Team are looking for any second hand chair bags that your child/ren no longer use. If you have any at home and would like to donate, please drop them into the school office.
