Principal's Message

Dear Parents,

Welcome to our new-look newsletter.  We hope you like it!  It will be published each fortnight and will have lots of photos and information about the great things that are happening in our learning community and beyond, including highlights from our student leaders, classroom teachers and students, specialist teachers, School Council, TheirCare and  local community groups. 

This first edition is a celebration of all of our highlights from Term 2.  Even despite a lockdown and restrictions, it has been a busy and productive term.

Yesterday the student reports were made available on the Parent Portal on Sentral.  We would like to congratulate all of our students for the effort they have put into their learning this semester.  The growth students have made in their learning is a testament to their endeavour. The Parent/Student/Teacher conferences that are scheduled for the first week back (except for 2C, which will be in Week 2), are also an opportunity to celebrate your child’s progress and discuss what the ‘next stretch’ goals in learning will look like.  We encourage all families to book an interview time so that we can continue to strengthen the partnership between home and school to support your child’s learning. Please note that parents can select face-to-face interview or an online Teams interview.  Please contact the office if your preference is online so that a link can be organised.

Wishing everyone a well-deserved break over the term holidays.  Stay safe and enjoy the time with your family.
