Dance Around the World Incursion
This week the Year 2 students were involved in an incursion called ‘Dance around the World’. This was a celebration of the end of our unit of Inquiry, ‘Where we are in Place and Time’.
Each class learnt a dance from a different culture and then performed their routine to the other Year 2 classes.
2A- Japanese
2B- Greek
2C- Spanish
2D- Indian
The students have enjoyed learning about different celebrations around the world. We were grateful that we could rebook our incursion as a celebration of all that we have learnt.
