Senior School Subject Selection 

 

Subject Selection for the Senior School 2022 has commenced with students in Years 9,10 and 11 attending Subject Selection Assemblies online on Wednesday morning. Whilst we are unable to distribute the Senior School 2022 Subject Selection Handbook whilst in lockdown, this will be distributed once we are back onsite. Parents and students can access this resource on SIMON and on the Senior School Subject Selection Website.

Web preferences are now open for students in Year 11 to select their Year 12 program for 2022. Web preferences will close on Wednesday 4th August at 3.30pm. 

 

To assist students in Year 9 and 10 with the selection of their subjects and program for 2022, students received a digital copy of the Subject Planning Sheet and the Career Planning Sheet. Students are required to speak to their teachers about the subjects that they are interested in studying in 2022 as well as research possible career options. This needs to be completed and submitted to the General Office by 9am on Wednesday the 4th of August. Once this is submitted, Web Preferences will be open for students in Year 9 and 10 to select their 2022 subjects on Friday the 6th of August and will close at 9am on Tuesday the 10th of August.

 

Changes to the Senior School Information Evening and Subject  Expo

 

Due to COVID restrictions we are unable to hold our Senior School Information evening and Subject  Expo this year.  To ensure families are able to access this important information and have the opportunity to ask questions of the Senior School Teachers we have put the following in place:

  • Links to application forms for VCAL as well as VCE/VET acceleration.
  • Information on all Senior School subjects being offered in 2022
  • Links to a wide range of resources available
