We are global citizens!

Term 3 will see us learning about geography and our local environment. We will be discovering that some things in our environment are natural and some are man-made. We will also be exploring how special and sacred the land is to our Aboriginal and First Nations People, by reading some dreamtime stories. We will also be checking out the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and learning about the many countries that will be represented there.  

After our term full of learning, the children will be able to choose an area they would like  focus on and create a project showcasing their new knowledge. It is always wonderful for us teachers to see the children exploring their own interests and using their creativity at the end of each term to plan and create projects.
