Young People & Vaping
Knox and two other local government areas have come together with the Youth Support and Advocacy Service (YSAS), to provide a free online information webinar to address the increased use of vapes.
The webinar, 'Young People and Vaping', aimed at parents, carers, educators and young people, will provide up-to-date information, trends amongst use and potential harms of vaping.
YSAS Senior Trainer, Geoff Bayldon, will also talk through how to have conversations with young people in a healthy manner on vaping, prevention and tips on how to reduce use.

Detox Your Home
Knox City Council is holding a free detox your home event on Sunday 21 May at the Knox Operations Centre, 14 Henderson Road, Knoxfield from 9am to 4pm. in conjunction with Sustainability Victoria.
This is a great way to get rid of any unwanted household chemicals or pesticides.
Simply book a time and drive through to drop it off.
Collected items are recovered for reuse or safely disposed of.
