International Women's Day

On 8 March International Women's Day was embraced by our school community.  Trivia quizzes on women's achievements were held in each mentor class, as well as an informative lesson about our ever-changing world and the impact of gender in everyday life. Together as a community we learned about progress and feminism and held a free dress day, where students could express their individuality.

We raised $900 for the McAuley Foundation for Women and Children, an organisation dedicated to providing disadvantaged women and children with housing, education and social services, supporting them toward a brighter future. We wanted to thank students for their participation and parents for fostering the growth of your children.
