STEM & Kitchen Garden

This term, students will be learning about Physical Sciences. They will be investigating forces, energy, simple machines, light and sound. Years 5 and 6 students are starting their Engineering project with the team from Fulton Hogan. They will be completing a challenge to come up with a solution to join a new water tank to existing pipelines at a water storage facility located in Romsey. Engineers visited this week to launch the project with the students. Watch this space for updates over the coming weeks!

Years 1 and 2 students from 1/2L began their unit on potatoes learning about cultivation and the many types of potatoes.

In the kitchen two very excited Foundation grades started their bread unit by making flat bread and learning about wheat production.
