Opera Queensland Performances
Clayfield College Students were treated to fabulous performances of La Boheme (Secondary School) and The Frog Prince (Primary School) by Opera Queensland on Tuesday. Both performances were delivered in a modern setting, cleverly targeting our specific age groups and showcasing the beauty of Opera. It was lovely to see our students engaged in these performances, and for many, this was their introduction to this wonderful Art Form.
Opera Queensland are currently performing Verdi’s La Traviata at QPAC, an Opera that encompasses passion, true love, drama and tragedy. It is a truly wonderful production!
Jazz on the Green – Volunteers Needed
We are so excited to be hosting our ‘Jazz on the Green’ event on Sunday 31 July and ticket sales are rising daily.
