Country Week Travel Arrangements Options:

  1. College Transport: Departure time will be 2pm Sunday 27 June, (but students must be onsite by 1.30pm) and return time of 4.30pm on Friday 2 July (you will be notified on the day if scheduled time changes).
  2. Drop off to Karrinyup Waters: Students can be dropped off to Karrinyup Waters on Sunday 27 June between 5pm and 7pm. In the 'Comments section' of REACH please provide name and contact number of the person dropping student off. Self Driving is NOT an option.
  3. Pick Up from Venue: Students can be collected from HBF Stadium, Mt Claremont on Friday 2 July at approximately 12pm, but NO later than 1pm. There will be no exemptions for late pick up as it is too difficult to manage with the volume of people and buses at the closing ceremony and getting away on time (exact time and location will be confirmed closer to the date). In the 'Comments section' of REACH please provide name and contact number of the person collecting the student.
  4. Alternative Pick Up/Drop Off Locations: It is possible that there may be additional drop off and pick up locations between the College and Perth for example, Waroona and/or Pinjarra. Please contact Ms Stringer or Mr Murnane for more information or to arrange this option.

The logistics of coordinating these travel arrangements can be challenging and we thank you in advance for your forward thinking and planning. Do not hesitate to contact the College if you require any assistance.
