Ever Heard an Animal Sing?

In this year’s Performing Arts Production you will!

Peter Hall’s stage adaptation of George Orwell’s Animal Farm is a fast-moving musical dramatisation of Orwell’s classic satire that remains true to the savagery of the original novella.

Parents would remember studying this allegorical fable in school and it is now studied by our Year 8 English students. Its themes transcend time; we live in a modern world where propaganda can still be sprouted from rooftops but now also from social media, reaching a much wider audience in a world where 'influencing' is now a job of sorts. So maybe the lessons in Animal Farm are even more important now than they were back in 1945.

Please come and join our actors and musicians at our new theatrical home, The Bryan Brown Theatre.
