Are you feeling like staying indoors??? Here’s a few ways the Edenhope library can help you to capitalize on the cold:

 

MISSED OUT ON YOUR FAVOURITE TV SERIES?

Don’t worry, most TV series are available to borrow from a public library – jump online to order at wrlc.org.au using your library card and PIN, or ask your friendly library staff to get it for you.

 

WATCH WITH KANOPY: We have a range of documentaries and art house films available for streaming via Kanopy. Kanopy offers access to a large, curated catalogue of educational, entertaining, and enriching films, and is available via an array of apps on the TV, phone, tablet, and computer. A Kanopy app is currently available for these TV devices: Apple TV and Airplay, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Samsung Smart TV, Roku, Telstra TV, Chromecast. If you do not have access to any of the above devices, you can view Kanopy on your television by connecting your computer to your television via a HDMI cable. You can start watching by signing up with your library card number and PIN/password (ask us for your PIN to log in if you don’t know it). Members can watch up to five films per month. Once you play a film you have three days to watch that title for an unlimited number of times.

THE COMPUTER SCHOOL

If you’re struggling to get the hang of your technology, TheComputerSchool offers a vast selection of engaging (and practical) IT-based education modules, with thousands of detailed, quick-lesson tutorials, covering topics like: Computer and Technology Basics, KIDS (and Adults) Online Safety, Bullying, Social Media, Microsoft, Apple, Adobe, Google, Business, Music, Digital Photography, Graphic Design, Web-Design, Coding, Programming, Robotics, and much more. From our website, select eReference from the left side navigation menu, choose eLearning, click on theComputerSchoolnet and login with your Library Card.
