Peer Mediators

On Monday afternoon, twelve students participated in the Albany Rise Peer Mediator Training.  Within the group we have an amazing breadth and depth of compassion and care that will support and guide our students in the yard when they encounter tricky situations.  Our teaching staff are lucky to have such wonderful role models as they all upheld the school values of respect, resilience and responsibility.  The students role played and discussed their way through topics such as conflict resolution, reflective listening and open communication with maturity and their empathy and kindness will be an asset to the school.  Please join us in congratulating the following students:
