 Mentor Teacher: Gurmeet Nanda

2022 has been an eventful year for me and my class. We learned a lot, achieved our goals, made beautiful memories, and created strong bonds. Some excerpts from my students are below: 

 

Omar:" My best memory from this year is when I had a specialist the whole day. My favorite specialist is P.E. with Pepe. I enjoyed going to the museum with my friends and looking at the Dinosaur exhibition."

 

Aveer: "My best memories from this year are when I went to Museum. I enjoyed learning about Dinosaurs. I used laptops, made care ticket packets and traded care tickets for a lucky dip."

 

Hartaj: "My best memory is doing P.E., it was fun. I traded my care tickets for a hot chocolate. I made a new friend Jayden who is awesome at Math."

 

Jayden: "My best memory is making a boys club with my friends. I enjoyed learning in STEM.I liked the Museum and learned about Glow in the dark stones."

 

Melad: "My best memories are trading care tickets, using laptops with 3/4 s and making new friends that help me with learning."

 

Janah: "My best memories are playing cheese touch with my friends, and playing silent ball with my class. I traded care tickets for an icy pole. I enjoyed learning about poems."

 

Adrina: "My best memory is playing memory tag with my friends. I enjoyed going to the Museum and playing in the play area."

Jannah.R: "My best memory is the first day of Grade 2. I thought I won't have any friends but I made many. I enjoyed the Melbourne museum and the best part for me were looking at the shiny sparkly stones. I traded care tickets for an icy pole and free time for 15 minutes. It was a lot of fun."

 

Arzoo: "My best memory is making kind friends, playing Cheese touch with Mia, Adrina, Jannah, Janah, and Asees.I traded care tickets for getting stuff toy on my table for one day. I really enjoyed it."

 

Kiara: "My best memory from 2022 is when I went to the Museum. I also shared a funny story from my family with my classmates."

 

Sehbaj:"My best memory is tracing coins, playing with friends and sharing toys with my friends. I traded care tickets for a lollipop."

 

Asees: "My best memory is using laptops for the first time. I enjoyed going to the Museum and looking at the insects. I loved learning about biographies."

 

Harliv: "My best memory is making creative things with my friends. I enjoyed the Melbourne museum excursion."

 

Gabrela: "My best memory is when it was Isabella's first day of school and we become best friends. I loved making care ticket pockets with her. We are nice and kind to others. We shared funny stories. I traded care tickets for a hot chocolate."

 

Ridwan: "My best memory is when I met Omar and Aveer. I enjoyed visiting the museum and the best part for me was the Dinasaur exhibition. I traded care tickets for a lucky dip."

 

Mia: "My best memory is when I made new friends. I enjoyed trading care tickets for listening to music with my headphones. I enjoyed the Museum excursion and I learned about fossils which were very fun. I loved doing mindful coloring."

 

Ryan: "My best memory from this year is making new friends. I made many friends like Hartaj,Omar. I enjoyed playing with my friends."

 

Kavish: "My best memory from this year is when I visited Museum with my friends. I loved the Dinosaur exhibition and learned more about Dinosaurs. I had fun playing tag with my friends Sehbaj, Jayden and Aveer."
