Kick off the Festive Season with an OLA Christmas Card Variety Pack

Cards that Count, the company turning our kids' artwork into Christmas cards, was overwhelmed with all of the great designs submitted by the students of OLA. So much so, that they have randomly selected 10 Christmas cards showcasing the artwork of our students across all year levels and have included these in a variety pack that anyone can purchase!

The OLA Christmas Card Variety Pack contains 10 cards and envelopes and costs $15, with $5 being donated directly to the OLA P&F. To purchase, simply:

Visit www.cardsthatcount.com.au and select Order Cards from the menu
Enter the unique code 2018 in the bottom right corner
Once you have entered this code, the variety pack will be displayed along with the shopping page
Select quantity and click Add to Cart

A sample of the variety pack is available to view at reception and the designs can be seen below. Please note that online ordering closes Friday 2 November for the variety pack and for individual student packs, and the cards will be available for collection on Friday 16 November. The Fathering Project - Let's Get Started: 14 Nov

Last term saw the first dads' event in a long time take place at OLA and that was just the beginning! On Wednesday 14 November, The Fathering Project will officially launch for the dads and father figures at our school.

Come along and listen to Steven Rutherford from The Fathering Project, who will be speaking about the benefits of being involved in this forward thinking movement; and enjoy an end of year drink and a chat with Greg Martin and other like minded dads and father figures. Resilience Kit Reminder

A quick reminder for all of our RSVPs for the Resilience Kit presentation. This event takes place next Tuesday 30 October. It will be in the Father O'Mara Centre (Mulit-Purpose Hall) at 7.30pm. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided. If you are no longer able to attend, please email pandf@ola.wa.edu.au as soon as possible.
