St John Vianney's Feast Day Celebrations

This week has been a celebration of the Feast Day of our patron saint, St. John Vianney!

To commence the week, we gathered in a special assembly where we delved into the inspiring life of St. John Vianney. His selflessness and unwavering devotion served as a powerful inspiration for all of us.

Within our classrooms, our students have been fully immersed in a variety of engaging activities. From creative drawing sessions, to writing about St. John Vianney's life, they have delved deep into learning about our patron saint and his remarkable journey.

On Monday, the festivities reached new heights with the thrilling Kaboom Incursion! Our students couldn't get enough of the exciting activities, including the Balance Bonanza, Soccer Ghoulies, Wacky Wheel, Mini Golf, and Circus Skills. The joyous atmosphere was contagious, and we are incredibly proud of our Year 6 students who expertly led the rotations.

Finally, on Friday, our 1/2 SM Class will take the lead in a special school Mass honoring St. John Vianney. Throughout the week, they have been exploring ways to embody St. John Vianney's kindness and compassion within our school community.

As we bring this week of celebration to a close, let us carry the spirit of St. John Vianney in our hearts. May his example of selflessness and devotion continue to inspire us in our daily lives, guiding us to be kinder, more compassionate members of our community.
