New Design (Architecture)/Property and Real Estate Double Degree

From 2024 Deakin will be offering the Bachelor of Design (Architecture)/Bachelor of Property and Real Estate double degree which will blend the creative possibilities of architectural design with the skills needed to build a successful career in the property sector.  Students will graduate with a unique cross-disciplinary skill set that can set them apart in a growing industry. 

In this course, students will discover architectural ideas through cutting-edge content and build complimentary skills in property valuation, development and more.  They will develop their creativity and gain a practical understanding of the built environment and its relationship with the community through meaningful and sustainable design.
