Instrumental Music Program

2020 Instrumental Program

New enrolments are now open for the Auburn South Instrumental Music Program! Our team of instrumental specialists will offer the following options in Semester 1:

Guitar (individual/group), Singing/Voice, Violin, Piano, Flute, Clarinet, Saxophone, Recorder (individual) and Ukulele.

If you would like your child to participate in the Instrumental Music Program, please go over the attached forms and documentation, including the updated Terms and Conditions, and return these to the school office as soon as possible. One of our instrumental music teachers will then get in touch with you to discuss your options.

The Terms and Conditions have been modified since 2019 and these apply to both current and new enrolments in the program. Please ensure you read through this document very carefully. This update replaces all previous versions of the Terms and Conditions.

______________________________________________________________________________________

The Instrumental Fee Cap, in place since 2018 effects all current and new enrolments in the program. The fee cap will be indexed again in 2020 taking effect at the beginning of Term 2. A separate notification will be sent out detailing this. The fee cap policy underpins the school’s attitude towards fair and equitable access for all students. The Fee Cap is in place for one-on-one sessions, and for group sessions. Please refer to the Fee Cap examples at the end of this message.

If you have questions regarding any element of the ASPS Instrumental Music Program or if you need advice on choosing a suitable teacher or instrument for your child, then please contact me via the school office.

Best regards,

Michael Wainwright

Assistant Principal – Auburn South Primary School
