And how good is Uptown Brown? We're still doing and a shilly and a shally to his ragtime beats nearly two weeks later.

As Ross mentioned, how good was the Newlands picnic? Thanks to everyone that attended and had a mighty fine time. Also, certainly the best 'one-man-band' I've ever seen in Uptown Brown. I tried making a similar setup with a tricycle, a french horn and a roll of gaffer tape. The wheels kept falling off and I ended up in the gutter during my rendition of "Say, has anybody seen my sweet Gypsy Rose?"

Ride2School Day Friday 13

Next week is Ride 2 School. Students are encouraged to ride/scoot/walk to school on this day. You may like to check over your bike before the event and make sure it is ready to meet your friends at school. There will be a ride around the school grounds after the bell at 9.00am. Parents/careers are invited to stay and enjoy the spectacle.

Students are encouraged to decorate their bikes/scooters for the event.

Have you found a wallet? Merri Creek vicinity?

Just putting it out there...one of our families have lost their wallet, possibly at the Merri Creek over the weekend. If you're aware of anyone that may have found one, please let the office know and we will pass on the information. Thanks, and fingers crossed.
