Asthma, Allergy, Anaphylaxis, Diabetes and all Medical Plans need to be updated every 12 months.

Does your child have one of these Action Plans?

Is it up to date?

Is any medication that accompanies these plans need replacing?

We ask that you check these important details and contact the Office if you need a Plan sent home or assistance in checking medication use by dates please.

Does your child have medication at school? Is it up to date? Have you submitted a Medication Request Form for 2022?

Has your child recently been diagnosed with a medical condition? Are we aware?

Please contact the office to notify us of any updates.

Has your phone number changed? Have you changed jobs? Please notify the office of any changes so we can contact you in an emergency or if your child is unwell.

Thank you

COVID UPDATE:

Parents and carers can report using the Student COVID-19 Test Portal if a student tests positive to COVID-19, through a PCR or rapid antigen test (RAT).  Parents or carers are asked inform the school by phone or written notification.

  1. Parents and carers must continue to also report their child’s positive RAT result to Department of Health by completing the online form or calling the Coronavirus Hotline on 1800 675 398.
  2. Students who test positive must isolate for 7 days and not attend school during that period.

MASKS:

Face masks are strongly recommended for staff and students aged 8 and over when indoors, but are not required. Face masks are mandatory for those aged 8 and over who are household contacts and attending school. This is because wearing a mask is effective in reducing the transmission of COVID-19.

Schools  are asked to encourage students to understand the benefits of wearing a mask to protect themselves and their school community.
