Student Reporters

Over last week everyone did fun and different things in class, during Buddies, in Science, Art and Music. We interviewed a few people from each class and asked them what they did during class. 

First, we interviewed Makayla and Matilda in 1/2B, and this is what they said-  

"In class last week, we did Choices, and we were all excited to choose what we wanted to do in class. We also did maths. In Maths, we drew a map of the school and traced over where we went on the school grounds. In Writing, we designed our dream lunchbox. In Buddies, we made frogs that bounced everywhere." 

Next, we interviewed Liam and Bella for 1/2N, and this is what they said- 

"We did skill zone, and we had to spin the hoop and run to get a tennis ball and come back quick to catch the hoop before it fell. In Buddies, we had to roll a dice, and whatever number it landed on, we drew in a planet. In Maths, we flipped two cards over and subtracted the numbers we got from each other."

After that, we interviewed Jason and Emelia from 2/3R, and this is what they said- 

"In Maths, we had four cards each, and 3 people in each group and whichever group could put them in order. The correct way first, won. In French, we had to cut out the days of the week that we wrote in French and put them back in the correct order."

Then, we interviewed Elijah and April from 3/4W, and this is what they said- 

 "We did skill zone for Sport, where we had to do some relay running practising for the sports carnival. In Art, we made paper portraits and most of them got finished but some of them are still in progress. In the Writer's and Reader's Workshop, we did some journal writing. In Music, we listened to samba music. 

In Buddies, we made a planet. We had a sheet, and we had to roll a dice, and whatever number we got on the dice, we had to write on the sheet which had our planet on it."

Then we travelled to 4/5S to interview Indi and Kayden, and this is what they said- 

"In Maths, we have started to do coordination and locating where a box is. In skill zone we did relay running. At the moment, Mr smith, our teacher, is reading the Ickabog to us during class."

 We interviewed 5/6 S for what they did last week this is how it went- 

"During Sport, we did tennis and netball.  In Maths, we did coordinates, timetable sheets, five-minute writing, building reading stamina and made a slingshot in Science."

Finally, we interviewed 5/6 H this is what they said- 

"In Buddies, we did outside activities. In Maths, we did coordinates, building reading stamina, Art we did anything with boxes, and in Science, we made a slingshot."
