School Sport Australia Swimming Championships
Zac B recently represented New South Wales at the School Sport Australia Swimming Championships in Brisbane. Zac was a part of the winning 4 x 50m Freestyle relay team and placed second in the 4 x 50m medley relay. Zac also achieved individual success placing third in the 100m freestyle, fourth in the 50m freestyle, sixth in the 50m backstroke and tenth in the 50m butterfly. An amazing achievement and reward for all the hard effort you put into training. Well done Zac.
Interschool Sport Initiative
Year 5 and 6 had a successful first round of the interschool sports initiative. Teams travelled to Kareela and Miranda to compete in soccer games against other schools in the Sutherland shire network. Participation and fun were witnessed on the day. Stage 3 students and teachers look forward to rounds two and three later this term.
Sydney Athletics Championships
Good luck to the OLF students that are competing at the Sydney Athletics Championships on Friday, 26th August. We look forward to seeing your results.
