Parents and Friends Club 

Thank you! 

What a great turn out we had for our first official school gathering for 2022. It was so fantastic to see everyone gathered at school enjoying a sausage, chat and even a dance. We look forward to being about to do this again for you in term 2. 

We would like to say a massive thank you to all our parent volunteers who came to help out on the day. We cooked and handed out over 300 sausages. Also a BIG shoutout to Anthony and Belinda Fisher from Market Square / Kingston Village Bakers Delight, who were kind enough to donate the bread to us! Make sure you pop down and get some of their delicious Hot Cross Buns this Easter. 

LUNCH ORDER DAY

Remember that lunch for those who placed orders will be supplied by Groove Cafe this Thursday 7th April. Thank you Tony and Ivy for all your hard work to help us provide this service to the kids. 

MOTHERS DAY

We have exciting plans to put on a Mothers Day Luncheon to celebrate the wonderful women who are a part of our school community. More information to come! 

Like previous years, there will be a $5 fee to go towards these gifts which the children have been busy creating in Art classes.

SCHOOL CANTEEN 

The Canteen committee has been working with Groove Cafe, who are more than happy to be our ongoing supplier of weekly lunch orders (YAY). We have everything we need to send off our proposal to the School Council for approval, including a fancy new online order app. It’s still looking like we will be ready for you Term 2, just not the first week back. 

PARENTS SOCIAL NIGHT 

We are so excited to welcome back a parent's social event! Again parents have been eager to volunteer to help create a fun night out for our mums and dads. If you would like to join the team or have some ideas we would love your help. Please contact us either by the Parents and Friends Club Facebook page or email us at ogpsparentsclub@gmail.com.

Our next catch up will be on Friday 29th April after school drop off at Hello Birdie.

We would love to welcome anyone who would like to come along for a coffee. We have made it at a child friendly venue, so please feel free to bring along your younger children.
