PFA NEWS

Welcome back to our wonderful St Louis families.

We hope everyone had a fantastic break and Easter.

Firstly a recap of last term….

The Easter raffle- It was so exciting to see the childrens‘ faces when they saw all 35 Easter hampers in the hall. Lots of very happy children with lots of Easter goodies at the end of the raffle - Congratulations to all the winners!  The PFA would like to thank everyone for their generosity in donating eggs for the hampers and selling the raffle tickets! And a big thank you to the teaching and office staff for their support with the raffle as well.  We are thrilled to announce we raised $3020 from the raffle. This money will go towards well being and new equipment for “The Hive” at the school for our children to enjoy. Thank you to those that helped put the hampers together, a fantastic team effort. Wishing everyone a safe and happy Easter.

Also thank you to Melinda, Malynda, Tanya, Nicole, Vilma, Lisa, Carmel and Michelle for helping at the Feast Day BBQ! What a great day for it!

Now on to what’s coming up for next week……

Mums do so much for us and deserve to be spoiled! This year we are excited to be featuring local small businesses in our Mother's Day stall. There will be lots of amazing handmade artisan gifts to choose for Mum!

Each child can purchase one gift for their mum. We have gifts for every budget ranging from $2 to $10.  Please send money in an envelope and a bag to hide the gift from mum with your child on Wed 4th May.

There will also be a second chance stall on Friday May 6th outside the uniform shop at lunch play.

Please see the flier below for all the details!

We have also been so fortunate to have a huge amount of amazing gifts donated by the wonderful Elias family, who have children at St Louis and own a local sustainable textile recycling business -  Upparel. A huge thank you to Tina for her amazing generosity!

Please see the pics below which are some of the items that can be purchased at the stall.

If you have some time on Wed 4th May between 8.45am -11.00am, the PFA would love your assistance at the Mothers Day Stall.  This year the Mother's Day Stall will be set up in the Multipurpose room (Prep building).
