Gym Additions
The Parents & Friends Association are extremely proud of how the new Electronic Score Board and Dividing Curtain look in the gym. It makes the Parents & Friends Association fundraising events so worthwhile when you see the funds raised from the supportive Aitken College families going to such a useful purpose in the school. Thank you for your support last year.
Movie Night
We have a busy first term planned and our first fundraiser and community event for the year is the Movie Night on Friday 16 March. Come along and enjoy a night under the stars. There will be popcorn and other goodies on sale to make it a fun, family evening. See attached flyer
2018 Parents & Friends Volunteer Form
We cannot do this without the support of Parents.
We run many events during the year, like the Mothers and Fathers Day breakfasts and the evening Chapel and Performing Arts Concerts / Musical canteens. We ask people to give just a few hours in the morning or evening to help out to make these events a success. If you can, please complete the form attached and email it to admin@atikencollege.edu.au indicating what type of event or time would suit you best. Please remember that you need to have a current Working with Children Check.
Pre-loved Uniform Donations
If you have Aitken College uniform items at home that are no longer in use and are in wearable condition, we would love to have them. The Parents & Friends Association clean and iron the donated uniform items and resell them at our quarterly Pre-loved Uniform Sales with all the funds going back to the Parents & Friends Association fundraising account. The items can be dropped off at our clothing bin near the main Reception. Please remember that the items need to be in a wearable condition and we do not have a market for re-sale on Aitken socks.
Raffle Prize Donations
We have several events planned for this year where we will be running raffles. If you have any new items that you would like to donate, then please bring them into the main Reception.

- Captain's Concert - Tuesday 27 March
- Pre–loved Uniform Sale - Wednesday 28 March (2.30pm - 5.30pm)
- Trivia Night - Friday 20 April
Meeting
If you would like to join the Parents & Friends Association, then come along to our next meeting, Wednesday 7 March at 7.30pm in the Chapel and Performing Arts Centre Seminar room (upstairs P24).
