Kii everyone!

Biladu-njan wat?/How are you all? (Note: ‘wat’ in this phrase is ‘you’ plural as opposed to ‘warr’ which is ‘you’ singular’. ‘Wat’ rhymes with but.) I hope you are all managing ok with the stay at home restrictions and the online learning.

The picture of me is taken in my ‘home classroom’! The other pictures are just a few of the work samples I’m receiving from students. I’m so pleased with the responses to my first lesson, which was about students learning how to express their feelings in Woiwurrung hopefully you can all learn and use these statements at home. We will build on this list of ‘feelings’ statements throughout the term. Keep practising everyone!
