Wellbeing Report

School TV

When it comes to raising children there is no 'one size fits all'.  When we were teens our parents told us not to talk to strangers and don't get into strangers' cars.  Teens nowadays have their whole life on display for all to see thanks to social media. As for getting into strangers' cars, hello rideshare!

The College has a great resource available to our families called SchoolTV.  This platform has a range of subjects and wellbeing resources to help parents and guardians start those difficult conversations with their teens.  There are articles and videos on topics such as:

  • Managing screen time
  • Diet and nutrition
  • Raising boys
  • Raising girls
  • Self harm
  • Depression
  • Cyberbullying
  • Physical exercise
  • Youth anxiety
  • Drug and alcohol use
  • Sleep
  • Trauma
  • Happiness and gratitude
  • + many more.

We encourage you to go to our website and click on the SchoolTV logo and check out the range of help topics available, or click on the logo below.
