Assistant Principal 

Last week was the final week of formal classes for our Year 10 students in the Middle School. Next week they will complete their exams and then the following week will be an Orientation Program in preparation for the VCE or Vocational Major in 2023! 

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank the staff, students and the student management team for their work throughout the past 2 years with this wonderful group of students. We wish them all the best in Senior School! 

Below are some pictures of our Year 10 students already leading by example while attending the Year 8 Inquiry Market Day. Thanks to the Year 8s for hosting us last week! 

Our Year 9 students are working towards their final assessment tasks and towards their first exam experience at the college. We had an assembly last week to outline the key information about dates, locations and exam procedures. I wish them all the best. 

Our Year 9 students are also eligible to apply for the LSC Senior Scholarship in four different categories. Leadership, Academic, Community and Sport. The successful recipient will receive a financial prize over 3 years to support their learning over years 10, 11 and 12. Please look at the Compass Post from Ms Lilikakis and Ms Russo for further information. Students are able to pick up an application form from the Middle School office or get this off of Compass. Applications are due to Middle School or Ms Ryan by the 24th of November.

Middle School
