Dr Karen Luxford is the CEO of the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS) and ACHS International. Currently, a Member of the IEEA Accreditation Council, Karen is an ISQua Expert and attained ISQua Fellowship in 2014.

 

 

BC Patient Safety & Quality Council
