Strength and Conditioning
TERM 4 SCHEDULE
7:00am - 8:00am Rugby Union and Football (any age group)
8:00am - 9:00am Swimming, Volleyball, Cricket (any age group)
9:00am - 10:00am Track & Field (any age group)
1. These sessions aren't just for A & B players, anyone is welcome to attend.
2. Students can attend any session dependant on which sport they want to focus on.
3. Track & Field athletes and pick which gym sessions they want to attend that don't clash with field training.
