Thoughts for Today

“The way to faith starts with a flickering candle. Let the light lead the way”.

- June Cotner

“There are better things ahead than any we leave behind”

- Joan Noeldechen

feel more energetic, improve focus and attention, and

promote a better outlook. Physical activity guidelines

FUN CHALLENGE

Balloon-In-Air Challenge

Let the next challenge be against gravity. Picture this: a

bunch of you fighting in a room full of balloons, trying

your level best to not let them touch the ground. All you

are allowed to do is blow them up when they descend.

Each person has their colour of balloon to save. The person

who wins gets to jump on all the balloons that finally fall

on the floor.

Little Bowl of Goodness!

This recipe is for all of those missing your favourite Japanese restaurant or dreaming of the day when you can travel overseas again.

This little bowl of goodness is full of flavour and with the addition of lots of fresh vegetables and bone broth it’s overflowing with nourishment.

Bone broth offers a long list of benefits:

For one, it's a great source of protein (about 6 grams per cup) and minerals like calcium, phosphorous (good for bones and teeth), and potassium, which helps move nutrients into cells and waste out of cells.

It also contains nutrients such as glucosamine and collagen important for gut and skin health, as well as glycine which can assist with getting a restful night’s sleep.
