Bunnings BBQ Fundraiser
We have been able to secure a BBQ at the new Delacombe Bunnings during one of their open days on Saturday 3rd August. This is sure to be a great opportunity for our campus. A big thanks to Marita Williams for helping with all of the organisation to date. A letter requesting support from our wonderful parents will be coming home early in Term 3.
Last Day of Term 2
This Friday we have a whole school assembly at the Buninyong campus for the last day of term. We will meet in the courtyard at Buninyong (near the main office). We’ll make our way by bus back to Scotsburn after recess. A reminder that school will finish at 2.30pm.
Collaborative Planning Days
On Thursday 27th June, the Buninyong Grade 3 teachers will teach their Grade 3 students and our Scotsburn students while the Scotsburn staff have a planning and professional learning day. This will be happening at the Buninyong Campus. We will meet in the courtyard between 8.45am and 9am on the 27th. Please ensure that you discuss a suitable meeting place with your child for the end of the day. Thank you very much for your flexibility and support of our staff planning and learning days.
Porridge Fundraiser
Jack Conroy has organised another porridge morning for all Scotsburn students this Tuesday 25th June at recess. Jack is raising money to help support the Mphatso Foundation who support the children in Malawi, Africa. Please help Jack by bringing along $2 for your bowl of porridge. If you don’t like porridge, Jack would still appreciate your donations.
Grade 5 Camp
Our Gr 5’s had an amazing time in Halls Gap last week. Special thanks to Mrs Anderson and Ree (Mallacai’s Mum) who attended with the students. From all reports, they all loved it!
Kinder Visits
Almost 90 kinder kids enjoyed themselves at Scotsburn last week, participating in a range of activities both inside and outside. We look forward to seeing some of these students again when they commence Prep at Scotsburn next year.
Enrolment Forms
We have reached that time of the year again where parents are reminded to submit enrolment forms for their children if they are starting Prep next year. Please ensure they are in by the end of the term.
Kinder / Prep Transition Surveys
If you are still to return your survey, we would appreciate your feedback before the end of the term on how we can continue to make the Scotsburn Campus a great place to be.
Holiday Feeding
If you have any food scraps over the break, our chooks would love them if you are in the area.

A big thanks to the Charlie & Jack Conroy who have kindly offered to take Pip the lizard home for the holidays.
