Family Statements will be sent via email for fess paid so far in 2020.

 

Most families have paid in full or have payment plans in place.  In this case, your Statement is for INFORMATION ONLY.

 

The statement will detail any payments made to the school including credits that have been applied e.g. camp refunds.

 

Voluntary Donations: If you made a voluntary donation to the school for the period of July 2019-June 2020, the amount paid will be detailed on the statement. 

 

If you paid a partial amount, the balance that has been credited will appear in the ‘Since Credited’ column.

 

You can also view your payments made on the Compass Parent Portal.

 

Grade 3 Recorders: Grade 3 students received their recorders this term. If you have supplied your own recorder this year, please email the school (wheelers.hill.ps@edumail.vic.gov.au) to advise and the fee will be removed.

 

Excursions & Activities: If a student attended an excursion/activity and the fee has not been paid via Compass, the amount owing for the activity is detailed in the ‘Amount Owing’ column and payment is now due.

 

Payments: As the school office is closed, payments can be made via Bpay (family payment code is detailed on the attached Family Statement). Please email the school to advise if you have made a Bpay payment (wheelers.hill.ps@edumail.vic.gov.au).
