PREP TRANSITION

We are looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow for our first transition day.

Thursday 29th October - 9.00 - 11.00am  - children to bring a drink bottle to all sessions please. Parents have been emailed their arrival and departure times.  If you do not know your arrival and departure time, please call the office.

STAGGERED DROP OFF AND PICK UP: Arrival and departure from stage area (at the back of the gymnasium) entering and exiting via the car park on Ogilvy Street. Please be aware that there is a bus zone outside the school on Ogilvy St from 8:00am to 9:30am and you cannot park there.  Alternatively, you can park in the church carpark on Brumley Street and walk to the gymnasium carpark along Ogilvy Street.  Please note that you will not be able to enter the school grounds.

RESTRICTIONS:  Due to all the COVID guidelines  unfortunately parents will not be able to be on the school grounds after the drop off, therefore the short meeting we had planned will not go ahead.   A prep pack will be handed out with all relevant information in that would have been given at the meeting.

ENROLMENT INTERVIEWS:   All families should have received an enrolment interview time and day.  If the day and time scheduled for you is not suitable, please contact the office and we will set another time/day for you.  If you have not received notification of your day and time, I do apologise.  Please contact me (Kylie) on 5662 2192 or if you have any questions. Alternatively, you can email me on office@stlleongatha.catholic.edu.au

Thursday, November 12th - Transition #2

Thursday, November 26th - Transition #3

UNIFORM SHOP

There will be a pop up uniform shop at the drop off/pick up area in the gym on Thursday 12th November #2.  You will not be able to try on the uniforms, but can return/exchange at transition #3.

CDFpay:  St Laurence is mostly cashless.  We use CDFpay for purchases and payments.  Uniform for 2020 can be ordered for new parents.  Hot lunches, uniforms and other payments are ordered and paid for via this app.  Once in, you can then save to your home-screen as well.

Parents can now register.  When ordering, select Class 2021 and then your child.  Next year you will be able to choose by class. The link to this is:  https://stlleongatha.cdfpay.org.au

PAM (Parent Access Module).  PAM is a parent portal that is linked to our administration system for attendance.  You can submit absences, access semester reports, book parent teacher interviews, give permission for activities, see the newsletter and access CDFpay, find out daily information and much more.   Please create a medical profile for your child when you get PAM up and running.    For easy access to PAM please download SimonEverywhere after you have PAM running.

The link to this site is http://pam.stlleongatha.catholic.edu.au

SimonEverywhere:  It is an expectation that all families have SimonEverywhere installed on their mobile devices.  To receive important notifications (different to emails) you must have the app SimonEverywhere which is linked directly to PAM.   This can be downloaded free from the app store.  It has very easy prompts to follow.  When you download the app please follow the prompts to identify our school and then use your PAM login and password to connect.  As well as receiving notifications, SimonEverywhere will take you directly to PAM, so no need to sign into PAM every time you want to check the daily messages.  It also links you directly to absences to submit an absence .

Prep Packs:  In your packs will be all the information you will need on how to get onto CDFpay, PAM and SimonEverywhere. There will be a logon and password and instructions in the pack for PAM/SimonEverywhere.  Once you have PAM up and running, please complete the medical section.
