New - Mooroopna Cats Basketball - Design a Jersey
Mooroopna Basketball Club is currently running a competition to design a basketball jersey. We wanted to provide a fun way for kids to get involved and interested in sports. There is an information flyer & the Jersey template attached for you to use for your designs.
The winning Jersey will receive a new Spalding basketball as a prize.
The competition closes on the 4th of October, the end of school holidays. If you wish to be eligible please submit on our Facebook page - Mooroopna Cats Facebook Page or the club email address - mooroopnacats@gsba.com.au. If you don't want it shared on Facebook please specify this with the submission in the email (all details included on the flyer).
Design a Christmas Card
Damian Drum MP is seeking entries from primary school children in the region for the design of his Christmas card this year.
The winning entry will be printed on the front of the Christmas card, which will be sent to constituents and colleagues – including the Prime Minister!
Quite simply, students should draw what Christmas means to them. Their finished artwork can be words, pictures, or a combination of both. Entries close Friday October 30. More information, including entry forms, are available at www.damiandrum.com.au/cardcomp2020/
Saver Plus
Saver Plus Program is a program that will benefit those families whom are eligible in the school system, to assist with the purchasing of laptops, school uniforms, textbooks, camps and excursions and many more education costs.
