Library News

We celebrate women’s achievement by raising awareness against bias.

We take action for equality by promoting International Women’s Day with our display in the school library.

This day highlights the role we can all play in helping to create an inclusive world and is a great opportunity for women of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds to come together, to reflect and choose to challenge and call out gender bias and inequality.

The library has prepared a display celebrating International Women’s Day on 8th March.

BLIND DATE WITH A BOOK

You may notice that our Blind Date with a Book parcels are now scattered throughout our book displays.

The students are enjoying finding these hidden surprises.

Please submit your book reviews for a chance of a prize (Booktopia voucher) due by the 15th March.

There will be canteen vouchers and certificates for all good quality reviews submitted.

So far, we have several enthusiastic submissions.

EXTENDED LIBRARY HOURS

The library is now open until 4.30 pm each weekday.

Students are welcome to stay back and make use of our extensive range of non-fiction books, booklist texts/study guides and computers/internet for private study and homework.
