Acting Principal's Message
As we bid farewell to Term 1, we would like to take this opportunity to extend our gratitude to each one of you for the support and encouragement you have shown us and our students during these past few months.
It is with great pleasure that we write this newsletter article, celebrating the many successes we have achieved together as a school community.
As you all know, this term has been one filled with numerous learning celebrations within the classrooms. Our hardworking and dedicated teachers have gone above and beyond to ensure that each student receives the best possible learning experience, and the results have been nothing short of impressive. We are extremely proud of our students, and what they have achieved so far.
In addition to the exceptional learning outcomes we have achieved, we have also had the pleasure of hosting a range of exciting events throughout the term. These events included the Senior School Doxa City Camp, where students were given the opportunity to develop important leadership and teamwork skills while having a great time. We also had the Youth Leadership Day, Foundation Students Brickworks Incursion, Whole School Colour Run, Interschool Sport Matches and Junior School Team Building Incursion, which were all resounding successes. We appreciate your unwavering support for these events and look forward to hosting many more in the future.
One of the most significant events of the term was the Iftar Night held on 04/04/2023. It was a fantastic evening of breaking the fast together as a community, and we were delighted to see so many members of our school community in attendance. The warmth and camaraderie shared by everyone present was truly heart-warming, and we thank you for being a part of it.
As we gear up for Term 2, we would like to remind you that it commences on 24/04/2023, with the 25/04/2023 being the Anzac Day public holiday. We hope that you take this opportunity to rest, recharge and spend quality time with your loved ones during the Easter break. We would like to wish everyone a Happy Easter and a joyous Eid celebration.
