SAKG / Coles Launch

This week, ASPS was very excited to host a visit from Stephanie Alexander and Curtis Stone for the SAKG / Coles launch of a free eBook called Grow It Cook It, which features helpful sustainability tips for using all your vegetables, creating planters using eggshells, a guide to composting, how to create a mini-greenhouse, recycling tips and more. The eBook is available in three formats:

I was delighted to visit the Kitchen Garden Program at Auburn South Primary School with our friends from Coles to celebrate the continuation of our partnership, and in particular our two new projects, Explore a Farm and Grow It Cook It.

Both projects enable children and young people – as well as their families and communities – to find out how our food is grown and harvested, and ways of living with wellbeing and sustainability at the core.― Stephanie Alexander AO
