For the Year 12 VCAL class final excursion of the year, we went to a WynCity located in Point Cook. The establishment featured bowling, laser tag, dodgem cars and an arcade section and the excursion was organised by student, Noah Saad.

The day went off without a hitch! The arcade had loads of fun activities which everyone enjoyed. I found bowling to be the most enjoyable activity we did. I received lots of positive feedback about how good this excursion was and how well planned it was, which feels great!

It was a bit of a hike to get out there, but it was a great day! the highlight for me was racing the boys around the dodgem car track. It was lots of fun to push them past the corner and drive them into wall!

On Tuesday, September 13, the Year 12 VCAL class invited teachers and parents to come to the end of year Showcase. At this event, students had the opportunity to show off a variety of projects and activities that they have done throughout the year in class.

Showcase was a great event. We all spoke about our VET subjects that we did this year, my subject being Sport & Recreation. For Showcase I made a PowerPoint presentation discussing everything we did this year at NCAT as well as the things we did regarding sport at Brunswick Secondary College.
It turned out to be great night; all the teachers and parents who attended were impressed with the work we produced for the event.

The showcase was so good because we were all able to show our work to our friends and family. When you see it altogether like that, you realise that we have all done quite a lot this year!
