Ready to Roll Riding to High School – summer workshops

 

This Summer Darebin Council is rolling out Ready to Roll bike riding workshops to boost teen bike riding confidence and on-road skills to 5 Darebin High Schools.

 

This program is ideal for new Year 7 students and is being hosted by:

Ready to Roll workshops cover:

  • bike handling skills
  • road and path rules
  • communication with other road users
  • defensive riding techniques
  • safe journey planning.

COST: $40 for 6 hours of training; financial support is available – contact darebinlovesbikes@darebin.vic.gov.au

 

BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL: places are limited for this small-group workshop

 

OTHER SCHOOLS: Students starting Year 7 at other local schools can inquire about One-on-One Bike Training

Playgroup!

Our St Stephen's Playgroup runs Wednesday's from 2:20pm - 3:20pm

 Playgroup is held in our beautiful Engaging with Place area with Haley. All families with children ages 1-5 years of age are welcome to come along and enjoy being part of our community! Please note it is fee to join!
