Titration Competition
Earlier this year, VCE Chemistry students participated in the RACI Titration Competition.
The competition was tough, with 54 schools entering a total of 364 teams.
The results for this were released during the week. The three St Joseph’s College teams performed well, with one team earning a silver award.
Awards are determined by the cumulative percentage error in each team. A silver award means there is a total error of less than 2%, which is quite impressive.
Congratulations to the following teams:
27th – Indi Gleeson, Ella McCormick, Holly Moyle, Sean Tuckerman (1.567% error)
46th – Greer Thomson, Elijah Bruns, Cleo Oberin, Harry Coughlan (2.068% error)
76th – Devlin Lord, Edward Brentnall, Callum Walker, Alec Colturi (4.36% error)
