At the beginning of the holidays, I attended the RDK CaSSSA Schools high-performance camp for my chosen sport of hockey. It was a weekend full of many different group physical activity sessions with two athletes selected from each school.
Over the weekend we had development and performance information sessions, interviews with high-performing athletes, and many learning experiences. I found it very beneficial to my sport and really enjoyed meeting new people who can help me along my journey as an athlete.
It was a great experience, and I am thankful to have been given the opportunity and was grateful to share with fellow student, Sophia Papantoniou.
