Parents' Association

Our Term 4 Parents’ Association meeting will be held at 7pm on Monday 14 November in the Thomas More Exhibition Centre. This is also our 2022 Annual General Meeting so the John XXIII College Parents’ Association 2023 Committee will be elected at the meeting.

 

If you would like to be more involved with the Parents’ Association in 2023 consider nominating for a General Position on the Committee. These positions are a great way to find out what is happening at the College, meet parents from other year groups and be involved in decision-making on proposed funding initiatives. They require attendance at a maximum of two short meetings per Term on Monday or Tuesday nights. It is an easy way to make an important contribution to the development of the College's community spirit, help provide essential pastoral and financial support and meet parents from other year-groups you might otherwise not get to know. If you wish to nominate yourself or would like more information please email parentsassociation@johnxxiii.edu.au.

 

If you have an idea for a funding proposal please complete the Funding Proposal Form and submit it to us via email by 5pm on Friday 5 November. Successful applicants will be required to present their proposal at the Term 4 meeting at 7-8pm on Monday 14 November. All proposals to be considered at the Term 4 meeting will be advertised in the College Newsletter on Friday 12 November, along with a full agenda for the meeting and a list of candidates for the 2023 Committee positions.
