Volunteers – We Need you!
Gather your Friends & Manage the Café!
We need a few people (round up some friends!) to manage the Art4All cafe that runs on Saturday and Sunday from 10am – 3pm.
The menu is quite simple – plunger coffee, tea, and cake and also, savoury treats with a salad. You will have loads of parents delivering both sweet and savoury plates in a steady flow throughout the two days.
Your job will be to manage volunteers coming in to serve, watching stock levels, problem solve hiccups, set-up and pack-up. This job is ideal for two to four people sharing the role so you can manage the responsibility and duck out to have fun with your kids also.

Art4All depends on parents to contribute their time on the days leading up to and over the Art4All weekend. A notice will be sent out the first week of next term, stay tuned...

This year we’re asking… are you sweet or are you savoury? Or both?!
For the Sweet Tooth
We need cakes! We need slices! We need whatever it is that you like to bake. Fancy baking goes to our Art4All Cafe. Fun baking is gobbled up in our Kid’s Cafe. So don’t feel intimidated… whatever you can bake, we will love and sell to raise money for our school!
Love a Bit of Savoury?
Then we need your best frittata, sausage rolls, or something vegan! Whatever it is, we just need you to register.

Event Sustainability
It's super important to us all to keep the event from adding to landfill by streamlining our stock to recyclables (aluminium, glass), compostables and reusables. We will have a careful waste stream system that allows all our stuff to go to a useful second life, and we need your help in BYO drink containers, and assistance in proper disposal of waste on the day.
Donate Unused Craft Supplies
Considering our sustainability commitment, we ask that you raid your cupboards and donate items for a second life. We are looking for:

We also need nice retail bags for a second life for the Gallery Shop.
