Victorian Premier's Reading Challenge

The Victorian Premier's Reading Challenge for 2019 is now open!

Our school is now registered and all Year 7 and Year 8 students have been enrolled.

The Challenge is NOT a competition, but a challenge to each student to read and to read more widely. Each student has the task of reading 15 books for the duration of the Challenge; of these 15 books, 10 must come from the VRC Booklist (over 12,000 books).

Each student is assigned a Username and Password (available from the Library) which they must use to access the Challenge site.

Our Year 7 and Year 8 English teachers will ensure that students go to the Library to receive their Username & Password and then visit the PRC site to register books they have read this year. Up to 100 books can be registered for each student.

Students who read and register 15 books officially meet the Challenge and become Premier Readers and will receive a Certificate from the Premier.
