Ride to School day

RIDE TO SCHOOL was a fabulous event that celebrates our sense of community. Thank you so much to Ms Hofman who led the team of chefs on Thursday afternoon preparing the batter and helped non -stop at the event  on Friday from 7.15 am onwards.  Thank you to Ms Anderson and Aren Madsen who had the massive task of cooking enough pancakes for over 80 students. Thankyou also to Mrs  Hesketh for letting us borrow the equipment. We also had quite a few enthusiastic pre-service teachers come and help out. Thank you!!

And of course many thanks to the Environment team for setting up,serving and cleaning up. They clearly demonstrated how you can cater for 80+ people,without needing to use any disposable plastics...Something we all could think about when catering for groups.
