I wanted to share some very exciting news about Hanni Pham, who is a past student of Sacred Heart and also Hanny in Prep's cousin. Hanni has been living in Korea since 2020 working with a K Pop group after successfully auditioning at the end of 2019. The group she is in New Jeans has just released a number of songs and they are doing very well in just a few short weeks - Hanni even co wrote one of the songs! 

In 2019, Hanni sang on the school CD with her sister Jasmine and a number of past and present students.  

Hanni has worked incredibly hard to master the Korean language, as well as spending many hours of dance and singing training and keep up with her schooling each day; all whilst living away from home. Huge congratulations to Hanni and her family! 

NATIONAL SONGWRITING COMPETITION

The Australian Children's Music Foundation holds a national songwriting competition each year, entries close next week! The competition is divided into Year level categories and asks students to write an original song and record it to enter. There are prizes for the best original songs in these different categories.
